Shipping & Service Delivery Policy

How we deliver digital engagements and ship physical hardware products, including timelines, tracking, and what happens if something goes wrong along the way.

Last updated: July 9, 2026

1. Overview

TechByte Studios delivers two very different types of output: digital services (software, automation, cloud, AI) that are delivered electronically, and physical hardware products (kiosks, POS terminals, printing systems) that are shipped to a delivery address. This policy explains what to expect from each. As with our other legal pages, the checkout experience on this Site is a demonstration only — no live orders or shipments are generated from it — and this page describes how delivery and shipping would work for genuine engagements and orders.

2. Digital Service Delivery

Software, automation, cloud, and consulting engagements are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipping involved. Delivery typically takes the form of access to a staging or production environment, a code repository handover, documentation, and/or deployment to client-approved infrastructure, depending on what is specified in the statement of work.

Timelines for digital engagements are agreed individually for each project and documented in the relevant proposal or statement of work, since scope varies significantly between a small automation script and a multi-module enterprise platform. As a general guide, straightforward engagements (for example, a single-purpose automation tool or a small website) are often delivered within 2 to 6 weeks, while larger custom software builds may run several months and are typically broken into milestones with interim deliverables.

Progress and deliverables are communicated through the channel agreed with each client — commonly a shared project management tool (such as a Kanban or ticketing board), scheduled status calls, and email. Final deliverables and any associated documentation or credentials are provided through the same channel upon project completion or milestone sign-off.

3. Hardware Product Shipping

Physical products — including QR printing kiosks, point-of-sale terminals, and attendance systems — are shipped within Pakistan via established courier partners. Once an order is confirmed and, where applicable, configuration or branding work is complete, we hand the item to our courier partner for delivery to the address provided at the time of order.

Estimated delivery times, once an order ships, are as follows:

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and similar): approximately 3 to 7 business days.
  • Other and remote areas: approximately 7 to 12 business days, depending on courier network coverage.

These are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on courier capacity, weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control (see Section 5). Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package weight and dimensions, and are shown at checkout in the demonstration flow on this Site; for genuine orders, shipping costs are confirmed in the order invoice.

4. Order Tracking

Once a hardware order ships, we provide a tracking reference from our courier partner via email so you can monitor delivery progress. For digital engagements, "tracking" takes the form of visibility into the agreed project management tool, where task status and milestone progress are kept up to date throughout the engagement.

5. Delays

While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines for both digital delivery and hardware shipping, delays can occasionally occur due to factors such as courier network disruption, customs or regulatory processing, extreme weather, public holidays, third-party component or service outages, or scope changes requested during a digital engagement. Where we become aware of a delay that materially affects an agreed timeline, we will proactively notify the client with an updated estimate.

6. Damaged Items on Arrival

If a hardware product arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery, along with photographs of the packaging and the item itself. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with our Refund Policy, at no additional cost to you where the damage occurred in transit. We recommend inspecting hardware deliveries promptly upon arrival so any issues can be reported within this window.

7. International Orders

At present, hardware shipping is offered within Pakistan only. Digital service engagements are available to clients internationally and are unaffected by physical shipping constraints. If you are located outside Pakistan and are interested in a hardware product, please contact us directly — we consider international hardware requests on a case-by-case basis, subject to additional shipping costs, customs duties, and extended delivery timelines that would be confirmed with you before an order is placed.
