Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the TechByte Studios website and set out the general framework under which we deliver our services.

Last updated: July 9, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at www.techbytestudios.com (the "Site"), operated by TechByte Studios ("we", "us", "our"), and, where applicable, the professional services we provide. By browsing the Site, submitting a form, requesting a quotation, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site. We may update these Terms periodically as described in Section 12; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

TechByte Studios is a technology studio offering custom software development, business process automation, cloud infrastructure design and management, Internet of Things (IoT) engineering, artificial intelligence integration, ecommerce platform development, and self-service printing and kiosk systems. Our services are typically delivered under a bespoke statement of work agreed directly with each client, tailored to that client's operational requirements, timeline, and budget.

The Site presents an overview of our capabilities, illustrative product listings, indicative pricing, and a means of contacting our team. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance that creates a binding contract; a binding engagement is formed only once both parties have signed a proposal, statement of work, or service agreement, as described in Section 5.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems; introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code; scraping or harvesting data from the Site by automated means without our consent; and impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site, at our discretion, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, the TechByte Studios name and brand mark, page layouts, and underlying source code — is the property of TechByte Studios or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Deliverables produced for a client under a signed statement of work are governed by the intellectual property terms set out in that specific agreement, which will take precedence over this general Site-level provision for the scope of that engagement. In the absence of a specific agreement to the contrary, ownership of custom-developed deliverables typically transfers to the client upon full payment, while TechByte Studios retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how used to build them.

5. Service Engagements & Quotes

Quotations, estimates, and pricing indications provided through the Site, by email, or in conversation are non-binding and provided for planning purposes only, unless expressly confirmed in a signed proposal or statement of work. Final scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables for any engagement are documented in a written agreement signed by both parties before work commences.

We reserve the right to decline any project enquiry, or to require a signed agreement and deposit before allocating resources to a new engagement. Material changes to scope requested after an engagement has commenced may result in revised pricing and timelines, to be agreed in writing before the change is implemented.

6. Payments

This website's checkout is a demonstration only. No live payment processing occurs on this Site. Any product listings, pricing, or checkout flows displayed here are illustrative content built to showcase our front-end and user-experience capabilities to prospective clients and payment-gateway partners; submitting the demo checkout form does not create a financial transaction, charge a payment instrument, or place a real order.

Real engagements for software development, automation, cloud, IoT, or hardware projects are governed exclusively by a signed contract, proposal, or invoice issued directly by TechByte Studios outside of this Site. Payment terms, milestones, accepted payment methods, and applicable taxes for an actual engagement are specified in that agreement. Should TechByte Studios operate a live storefront in the future, all real payment processing would be handled by a licensed, regulated payment gateway partner in accordance with applicable financial regulations in Pakistan.

7. User Responsibilities

When engaging TechByte Studios for services, clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform the work — including business requirements, access credentials to relevant systems (where applicable and authorised), content, and timely feedback during review cycles. Delays in providing required information or approvals may correspondingly extend agreed delivery timelines.

Users of the Site are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with tools we may provide as part of a project, and for all activity that occurs under those credentials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TechByte Studios and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to a specific service engagement shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the client to TechByte Studios for that engagement in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechByte Studios, its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms, except where a signed service agreement specifies an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the legitimate interests of TechByte Studios. Termination of Site access does not affect the terms of any active, separately signed service agreement, which will continue to be governed by its own termination provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page; your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
